Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency for homeless families or individuals in need of housing assistance by providing both temporary and transitional “work force” housing, along with case management services.

Serving Brighton, Fort Lupton and the cities and communities within Adams County CO, including unincorporated Adams County and southern Weld County.
